Accessing Your Customer Portal
You now have your very own customer portal! This is a new feature we have added that will help both yourself and the office staff keep information current. In this portal, you can update email addresses, phone numbers, choose how you wish to get your service reminders, update CC info (most secure system available), among other things.
We understand that sometimes technology can be overwhelming so if you would like some help going through the steps, please feel free to call our billing department and Laura will be more than happy to help you get it set up.
To access your Customer Portal click the link in the upper right corner of this web page. Follow the steps (shown below) to get the most out of this fabulous feature!
Pest & Lawn Solutions Portal
Step 1: Access Your ACI To get started with managing your services, simply log in to your ACI Pest & Lawn Solutions portal. This step allows you to easily navigate through all available options, including service requests, payment history, and more. The intuitive dashboard makes it simple to find what you need—just click on the appropriate section to manage your account efficiently.
Step 2: Retrieve Your Login Information
To access your ACI Pest & Lawn Solutions portal, make sure you have your login credentials handy. If you’re a first-time user or have forgotten your details, simply click on the "Get Login Info" link to recover your information. Once you have your login details, enter them into the secure portal login page to proceed with managing your services and account.
Step 3: Select Your Preferred Method to Receive Login Details
To retrieve your login information, choose your preferred method of contact—either by email or text. Simply select the option that works best for you, and we'll send your username and password recovery details directly to your inbox or phone. Once you have your login info, you’ll be ready to access your ACI Pest & Lawn Solutions portal and manage your account with ease.
Step 4: Enter Your Email or Mobile Number
To receive your login details, simply enter your registered email address or mobile number you use for ACI in the provided fields. Once you've entered the correct information, click the "Get Login Info" button. We'll send your recovery details to the contact method you selected, so you can quickly access your ACI Pest & Lawn Solutions portal.
Step 5: Success! Check Your Email or Text for Login Information
After submitting your email or mobile number, you’ll see a success screen confirming that your login details are on the way. Please check your inbox or text messages for a message from ACI Pest & Lawn Solutions with your username and password recovery instructions. Once you’ve received the info, you’ll be ready to log in and manage your account with ease.
Step 6: Open Your Email or Text to Retrieve Your Login Info and Set a Password
Open the message to find your account number and the link to create a new password. Click the link, and you'll be prompted to choose a secure password for your account.
Step 7: Copy Your Account Number and Click the "Reset Link"
To reset your login details, first, copy your account number from the provided section. Then, click the "Reset Link" button to initiate the recovery process. This will send you further instructions on how to reset your password and regain access to your ACI Pest & Lawn Solutions portal. Make sure to follow the prompts carefully to complete the reset and securely log in.
Step 8: Paste Your Account Number and Set Your New Password
When deciding on a password, keep in mind that it must be 8 characters long, with 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 numeric character.

Step 9: Bookmark the Web Page for Easy Access in the Future
For quick and convenient access to your ACI Pest & Lawn Solutions portal, be sure to bookmark the login page in your web browser. This will save you time and help you easily return to your account whenever you need to manage your services, update your information, or make payments. Simply click the "Bookmark" or "Add to Favorites" option in your browser settings, and you'll have the portal at your fingertips anytime!
Step 10: Check the Account Tab, Update Your Information, and Familiarize Yourself with the Portal
Visit the "Account" tab in your ACI Pest & Lawn Solutions portal to review and update your contact details, such as your address, phone number, and email. This ensures your information is up to date for smooth communication and service. While you're there, take a moment to familiarize yourself with the rest of the portal's features. You can also set your preferences for service reminders, choosing whether to receive updates by email, text, or both. Exploring the portal now will help you make the most of the tools available to manage your account efficiently!
Step 11: Check Your Wallet, Add Payments, and Update Credit Card Info
Navigate to the "Wallet" section of your ACI Pest & Lawn Solutions portal to review your payment methods. Here, you can add new payment options, update your credit card information, or make one-time payments for services. Keeping your payment details current ensures that your account remains in good standing and helps you avoid any interruptions in service. It’s a quick and easy way to manage all your billing preferences in one place!
Step 12: Add Your Credit Card Details, Initials, and Save
To add a new credit card to your ACI Pest & Lawn Solutions portal, simply enter your card details in the provided fields. Be sure to type your initials in the designated box as confirmation of your authorization. Once all the information is entered correctly, click "Save" to securely update your payment method. This ensures your billing details are up-to-date and ready for future transactions.
