Laura joined ACI December of 2022. She moved to Kingsland from Lubbock to be closer to her Mother. Laura loves the lake and rolling hills of Central Texas.  She's definitely a Red Raider and Cowboys fan so when football season comes around, you'll know who to ask for updates.  She brings 30 years of customer service experience with her.  She's super friendly, has a bubbly personality and is always happy to help.  You can't help but help to walk away with a big 'ole smile on your face after having a phone call with her.​

Alice joined the ACI team in May of 2016.  She is a huge help in the office, from answering phones to working on the schedules, ordering product and just about anything we need. She has great rapport with our customers, and has gained incredible knowledge about our pest and lawn business.  We are thrilled to have her help run our offices!  Alice is married to Skip and they live in the Llano area. She enjoys working outside in her yard and hanging with the grandkids.​

We are THRILLED Kelle joined the ACI team!  She's originally from Austin, was raised on the gulf coast, and has lived in the Hill Country since 2000.  She and her fiancé love hanging with their four fur babies! A creative at heart, Kelle enjoys experimenting with unique recipes, crafting, and sharing experiences through her podcast on YouTube. Kelle loves that ACI is a family-owned business that strengthens and supports the community.

Skip joined ACI in April 2016 and he heads up the lawn care side of things. We are thankful to have him on our team and since he is Craig's brother-in-law, we're ecstatic he's part of the ACI family too.  Skip and his wife, Alice (our CSR at the Kingsland office), moved to Texas from Colorado to be closer to family. They love spending time with their five grandchildren.​

Scott  joined the ACI team in November of 2021.  He is a Certified Applicator in Pest and Termite Control.  He's been in the pest biz since 2014 and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge with him to ACI.  He and his family have lived in the area since 2019 and he loves to spend his free time fishing.  He enjoys working with his customers to determine how best to serve and protect them from insect issues. ​

Kevin came to us after serving the Houston Police Department for 23 years.  Since retiring, Kevin and his wife Kerri moved to "live their dream" in the Texas Hill Country, building a farmhouse in Kingsland, Texas.  He loves spending time with his family especially son, Taylor, and daughter, Whitney.  When Kevin is not grilling or chilling with family, he loves hunting, fishing, or just being outdoors.  He went from "Thugs to Bugs" and we are so glad he did!​

Don is a Certified Technician in Pest and he is working towards his license in both Termite Control and Lawn & Ornamental and Weed Control.  He's also a native Texan and lives in Llano and he just became daddy to a precious baby girl. We are blessed he takes such good care of our Marble Falls and Horseshoe Bay customers.   He enjoys working with the ACI team members, LOVES to fish, and favors being outdoors in the sun.  We love Don and are thrilled he chose to make the bug biz a career!​

Austin has lived in Llano County his entire life and brings a deep connection to the community as a technician at ACI. His favorite aspect of working here is the small, cozy environment and the strong camaraderie among coworkers, which creates a supportive and enjoyable workplace.  Outside of work, Austin enjoys hunting, fishing, and painting miniatures. His passion for the outdoors and creativity reflects his commitment to both his work and personal interests, making him a valued member of the ACI team!
