Cancellation Policy

Our technicians rely on your appointments to support their families. Their income is tied to the jobs they complete, and last-minute cancellations (either on the day of or the day before) often leave us unable to fill that time slot, meaning they won’t be compensated for their efforts.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours before your scheduled time. This allows us the opportunity to assist other customers who may be waiting for an appointment.​  We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review the cancellation policy outlined below.

  • Customers who fail to show up or cancel/reschedule their appointment without notifying our office at least 24 hours in advance will be classified as a "No Show."

  • A $55.00 + tax cancellation fee will apply to all "No Show" customers to help compensate our technicians for their time and to cover the costs of rescheduling your appointment.

  • If a customer cancels or reschedules a third time without providing 24 hours' notice, they will be discharged from our system, and we will no longer service their account.

​​

  • New customers who do not show up for their initial appointment may not be eligible for rescheduling.

​​

  • As a courtesy, we send an appointment reminder email 5 business days before your scheduled service. However, it remains the customer's responsibility to be present and prepared for their appointment on the designated date and time. If you do not receive a reminder email, the policy above will still apply.

  • Cancellations due to inclement weather are at the discretion of ACI Pest & Lawn Solutions. If we determine that weather conditions are unstable, our office will contact you to reschedule your service.

We understand that emergencies can arise, and you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. If you encounter extenuating circumstances, please reach out to our office staff as soon as possible. They are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (closed for lunch).

 

If you call outside of business hours, please leave a detailed voicemail, and we will get back to you as soon as we are able.​  Thank you for being an ACI customer. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our policy update.
