Maintenance Program
Since the bugs must come in from the outside, the outside service is critical! This program must be followed carefully to give the promised results. In order to help keep our customers on the perfect schedule, we find a day that works best for you (i.e. first Monday, every other month) and set it to recur automatically. You will receive a reminder both three days before and again one day before your service is scheduled. We offer email, text, or voice reminders, whichever works best for you. We never want our customers to have to struggle to remember to contact us for service, so we handle this for you! Should you see a concern inside the home (more than three healthy bugs), we ask that you please provide us with either a photo or video to aid your technician in solving the problem. Give the office a heads-up right away so your dispatcher can allot enough time for the technician to go inside the home. Depending on what your technician discovers, this inspection may or may not require additional pesticide. While you are certainly able to cancel a service, please keep in mind that the next time you need service, it will be charged at the initial rate since the technician will have to start all over again to lay the proper barrier. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to avoid any cancellation fees.
