Cancellation Policy

We understand emergencies arise and our office staff is here to work with you. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours’ notice or a cancellation fee of $55.00 + tax may be charged. Calling ahead ensures that we can get you rescheduled at your earliest convenience, enables other customers to move their appointments if needed, and helps us fill those gaps on our technicians' schedules to ensure they get a full day’s pay.  Cancellations due to inclement weather are up to the discretion of ACI Pest & Lawn Solutions.  If weather conditions are not conducive to treating, the office will contact you to reschedule your service.  Feel free to view our RAIN POLICY should you have further questions.
